The Currys Trade Union has been working tirelessly in collaboration with the SLT (Senior Leadership Team) and the Forum to find viable solutions to mitigate the impact of the current economic situation. This collaborative effort has been highly productive, and we are excited to share that our recent meeting was very positive.
We understand that the current economic situation has been challenging for everyone, and we are committed to finding solutions that will ease the burden for all staff members.
We are pleased to announce that we have made significant progress in this endeavour. While details are still being finalised, we anticipate being able to share more information soon.
In addition to our collaborative efforts, we are also proud to have recently awarded raises to our lowest paid colleagues and technical colleagues. We recognise the critical contributions made by these individuals, and we are committed to ensuring that they receive fair compensation for their hard work and dedication.
As we move forward, we remain dedicated to finding creative and effective solutions to the challenges facing our members.
