Neurodiversity

Currys Trade Union is proud to support neurodiversity in the workplace. As a trade union representing supply chain staff employed by Currys, we believe that diversity is essential for a thriving workplace culture, and that neurodiverse individuals bring unique strengths and perspectives to the table.

Neurodiversity refers to the idea that neurological differences, such as autism, ADHD, dyslexia, and others, are normal variations in the human population and should be recognised and respected as such. By embracing neurodiversity in the workplace, we can create a more inclusive environment that fosters creativity, innovation, and growth.

At Currys Trade Union, we are committed to advocating for the rights and needs of neurodiverse individuals, and we work closely with Currys to ensure that they receive the support and accommodations they require to thrive. This includes providing training for managers and colleagues on how to work effectively with neurodiverse individuals, as well as facilitating access to resources and services.

We believe that everyone has the right to a fulfilling and rewarding career, regardless of their neurological profile. By promoting neurodiversity and creating a workplace that values differences, we can create a more equitable and sustainable future for all. The Currys Trade Union is proud to be part of this movement and looks forward to continuing its support for neurodiverse individuals in the workplace.
