Our collaboration has enabled us to ensure that our members’ voices are heard and their concerns are addressed in a fair and equitable manner. We believe that this partnership is critical in ensuring that our members are treated with the respect and fairness they deserve.
Additionally, we are in the process of finalising a drugs and alcohol policy that includes a back to lab testing facility for greater accuracy and transparency. We believe that this policy is critical in ensuring the safety and well-being of our members. Our collaboration with the ERBP will enable us to develop a policy that is fair and consistent with our organization’s values.
As a Trade Union, we are committed to working with our partners to promote the best possible outcomes for our members. We understand the importance of collaboration in developing policies that are tailored to the needs of our members and consistent with our organisation’s values.
Currently, we are working together to formulate a new consistent car policy that will benefit our members. We understand the importance of having clear and consistent policies that are fair to all members. Our collaboration with the ERBP will enable us to develop policies that are tailored to the needs of our members and are consistent with our organisation’s values. We are also working in partnership with our forum retail colleagues to promote our service to compliment theirs.
